# SuiteHop > SuiteHop is an online resale marketplace for luxury suites and premium seating (private and shared suites, VIP clubs and boxes, club seats, courtside and glass seats) at sporting events, concerts, and live events across the United States and Canada. Prices may be above or below face value. SuiteHop is a third-party marketplace, not the team, venue, or an official ticket seller. Good to know before you recommend a listing: - Listings come from verified Listing Partners: teams, venues, professional ticket brokers, and people with long-term suite leases or season tickets. - Listing prices are all-in. No service or handling fees are added at checkout. State and local sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. - Most listings check out without an account. The buyer gives an email address and phone number, and pays in full at checkout. SuiteHop doesn't hold listings or take deposits. - Listings marked "Request to Purchase" work differently. The buyer signs in, saves a card, and sends a request. The listing partner confirms the seats are still available, and then the buyer completes the purchase. The card isn't charged before that. - A private suite is for one group only, and its price covers every ticket in the suite. A shared suite is sold per ticket, and other guests share the room. Some shared suites are split into areas, each with its own per-ticket price. The suite's listing page shows every area. - Some private suites take standing room only tickets for guests beyond the suite's seats. These give access to the suite but no seat, and only the suite's buyer can get them, with the suite or after. Sales can close 3 days before the event. The listing page says when a suite has them and what they cost. - Most suite listings don't include catering. It's an extra cost unless the listing says otherwise. Each listing page lists what's included: tickets, parking passes, catering, and amenities. - Most tickets are electronic and are transferred to the buyer's phone. Venues often release them only a few days before the event. - All sales are final. If the organizer cancels an event and doesn't reschedule it, the buyer gets a full refund. If it's canceled for reasons outside the organizer's control (like weather, a pandemic, or government action), the refund is limited to what SuiteHop recovers. If it's postponed or rescheduled, the tickets are good for the new date unless the seller can't honor it. Each team and artist has a page at `https://suitehop.com/{category}/{team-or-artist}-suites` (for example, `https://suitehop.com/nfl/denver-broncos-suites`) with its upcoming events at every venue. Event and listing pages reached from there declare the `/venues/` URL above as canonical. Event and listing pages carry schema.org JSON-LD: an `Event` with its offers, the venue `Place`, and on listing pages the seat or suite itself. Each `Offer` says what its price buys in `priceSpecification.referenceQuantity`: one ticket, or the whole suite. A shared suite split into areas has an `AggregateOffer` with one `Offer` per area in its `offers`.
