I purchased tickets at 8:53am, and by 9:00am, I had the "accept ticket" email. All in time for 2pm kickoff. The description, location and details were all perfect. The only thing that was a little misleading, was the way the Sounders label their Suite Rows/Seats. We had Row 1 Seats 11-14, which all seats associated with the Suite are "Row 1". 1-5 is the first row, 6-10 are Row 2, and 11-14 are the last row (and yes the last Row has 4 seats vs. 5 like the others) so our seats were actually in the 3rd row of the Suite. It didn't matter much, as we only had 4 other people show up that day, so the kids got to sit in the front row anyway, and we had a great time. Extremely seamless process."
