4 days agoI had the opportunity to use this new service to get a suite at the Barclay Center for a concert with elementary age kids. We ended up the only ones there and had a wonderful experience. Premium Buffet means that the VIP Club will include food and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also have the option to order additional food and drinks when you arrive at the VIP Club.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes explicitly say it is included, parking passes are not included with this VIP Club listing, but we can help you add parking after your VIP Club reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.

Do children need a ticket?

If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
