- Be aware of the service fees. An additional administrative or service charge + sales tax is added onto your final bill to cover service costs.
- Gratuity is not included in the service fee. Tipping your suite attendant is up to your discretion and you will be able to add this when the final bill comes.
- If you miss the catering deadline, you will be able to order from the day-of-event menu. These menus often offer fewer options.
- Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment during the event. Guests will be required to provide payment at the time that the order is placed in the suite.
- Unless a specific time is indicated, most food & beverages will be delivered to the suite one hour prior to the start of the game. In order to provide the highest food quality and presentation some food may be delivered to your suite after guests arrive.
Important note: There is no refund for food or drinks that are not consumed. We recommend ordering conservatively and paying attention to what your guests are consuming before reordering.
