Fee Schedule

I. Introduction

The fees described in this schedule apply to transactions that SuiteHop facilitates under the Seller Services Agreement and any addenda to the Seller Services Agreement. Words that are capitalized, except those that are capitalized under rules of grammar of the English language as commonly understood in the United States, have the meanings assigned to those labels in the Seller Services Agreement and any addenda to the Seller Services Agreement.

II. Fees

For transactions that we facilitate sale using the Instant Book Feature, we earn a fee equal to twenty percent (20.0 %) of the purchase price, after deducting any legally required sales and use taxes.

For transactions that we facilitate using any method other than the Instant Book Feature, we earn a fee equal to twenty-five percent (25.0 %) of the purchase price after deducting any legally required sales and use taxes.

III. Changes to Fee Schedule

We may change this schedule at any time, within our sole discretion.

IV. Update and Effective Dates

This fee schedule was updated on December 1, 2018 and is effective for transactions facilitated on and after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time in the United States, on January 1, 2019.
