Is my purchase guaranteed?
Yes, once your order is confirmed, SuiteHop offers a 100% buyer guarantee. We verify each of our listing partners and the suite you purchase will be the suite that you receive.
Is catering included?
Catering is not included in the cost of reserving this suite, but is available to order either in advance of the event as a pre-order or you can order from your suite attendant once you arrive at the suite.
Why can’t I see the exact location?
Some of our listing partners do not want to disclose their suite locations. Let us know if you are interested in booking this suite and we can provide more details.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes explicitly say it is included, parking passes are not included with this suite, but we can help you add parking after your suite reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.
Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
Do I have to fill the entire suite?
No, you do not need to use every suite ticket if you purchase a private suite. The number of people allowed into the suite can be no more than the number of tickets you have purchased.
What is the VIP entrance?
The VIP entrance is reserved for premium ticket holders. VIP entrances allow you to skip the long general admission lines to enter the venue.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 2 and under, generally don’t require a ticket. If you have specific questions about children that will be in attendance, please reach out to one of our suite experts who will verify the policy at this venue.
Can I order food and drinks during the event?
Yes, you will have the option to order food and beverages either before the event so that it is in the suite when you arrive and/or during the event from your suite attendant who will deliver your order directly to the suite.
Will it just be my group in the suite?
Yes, when you book a private suite, you will be the only group in the suite.
What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. We are happy to help you relist your suite on SuiteHop to help you resell it.
