5 days agoI had an amazing experience using Sweet Hop for my concert. The staff made everything seamless—from reserving the suite to helping with food orders. The service inside the suite the night of the event was excellent and made the whole night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

What is All-Inclusive Food and Beverage?
All-Inclusive catering means that you will have access to a VIP area and in-seat service that will include all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes specifically say it is included, parking passes are not included with this listing, but we can help you add parking after your Courtside Seats reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.
Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 2 and under, generally don’t require a ticket. If you have specific questions about children that will be in attendance, please reach out to one of our suite experts who will verify the policy at this venue.
What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. We are happy to help you relist your suite on Suitehop to help you resell it.
