I noticed a mix up with my tickets prior to my event and called customer service, Shane was the rep I worked with and he was extremely thorough, professional, and had phenomenal customer service (he solved my concerns without issue). a month agoThis is a great service…. Very responsive and user friendly. One of the reps that I spoke to and emailed with (Shane Connelly) was sooo helpful! The service is definitely worth the price! I’d give 10 starts if I could. Thank you guys!
