Is my purchase guaranteed?
Yes, once your order is confirmed, SuiteHop offers a 100% buyer guarantee. We verify each of our listing partners and the suite you purchase will be the suite that you receive.
Is catering included?
Food and beverage are not included in the cost of the VIP Box tickets, but you will have a wait service that will take your order and deliver drinks and food directly to your seat so you don’t miss a minute of the action.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes explicitly say it is included, parking passes are not included with this VIP Box, but we can help you add parking after your VIP Box reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.
Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
Do I get access to the VIP Club?
Not every VIP Box listing will have access to the VIP Club. If the notes explicitly say that access to the VIP Club is included, then you will be able to go into the club for unique food and beverage purchase options, nicer restrooms and space to sit. If a listing does not say that VIP Club access is included then it is NOT included.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 2 and under, generally don’t require a ticket. If you have specific questions about children that will be in attendance, please reach out to one of our suite experts who will verify the policy at this venue.
What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. We are happy to help you relist your suite on Suitehop to help you resell it.
