"I found SuiteHop by accident actually. I couldn't find suite tickets anywhere and couldn't figure out how to find available suites so I ChatGPT'd it. and it gave me SuiteHop as the solution. I read some reviews and after finding one of the last available suites talked to friends about chipping in and I booked a suite for NIN. I had confirmation emails immediately for the purchase and by the next day I had the digital tickets for the suite for the show which was like 2 months away. I was able to transfer some tickets to multiple friends via the Venue's app, (and that card is also their suite door access card). The concert just went by and we loved the suite, The friends I brought had no clue what it was going to be like but they were super impressed and now they see concerts differently. It was a blast, everybody had an amazing time. What's not to love here? A bucket-list artist, private room to dance or seats to sit in, a concierge to order food or drinks, plenty of free water, a private bathroom and a great view! Also, the Merch sales area on the private floor had a 4 minute wait time unlike the lower levels that had upwards of 45 minute wait times. All of this took this concert to a whole-nother-level. I'll do it again for sure once a decent band comes around again. And now I know this is legitimate 100%. there was no funny business, and my credit card was not compromised or anything like that. Super safe and secure. Thank you SuiteHop! Can't wait for the next one!"

"Got off a cruise in Seattle on Sunday morning. Saw there was a Sounders game at 2pm that afternoon. We had a redeye flight home at 11:15pm and had some time to kill. I purchased tickets at 8:53am, and by 9:00am, I had the "accept ticket" email. All in time for 2pm kickoff. The description, location and details were all perfect. The only thing that was a little misleading, was the way the Sounders label their Suite Rows/Seats. We had Row 1 Seats 11-14, which all seats associated with the Suite are "Row 1". 1-5 is the first row, 6-10 are Row 2, and 11-14 are the last row (and yes the last Row has 4 seats vs. 5 like the others) so our seats were actually in the 3rd row of the Suite. It didn't matter much, as we only had 4 other people show up that day, so the kids got to sit in the front row anyway, and we had a great time. Extremely seamless process."
