What is All-Inclusive Food and Beverage?
All-Inclusive catering means that the VIP Club will include food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
Why can’t I see the exact location?
Some of our listing partners do not want to disclose their suite locations. Let us know if you are interested in booking this suite and we can provide more details.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes explicitly say it is included, parking passes are not included with this VIP Club listing, but we can help you add parking after your VIP Club reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.
Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
Do children need a ticket?

What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. We are happy to help you relist your suite on SuiteHop to help you resell it.
