3 days agoSuites/club tickets are typically harder to get and this site makes it easy. Also when an issue arose where I was denied access to the club (due to a sellers error) I was refunded quickly and the customer support was quick and friendly.

Am I guaranteed a seat in the suite?
Suites usually consist of stadium seats, a row of barstool seats that you can sit and watch the event and standing room only tickets which allow access to the suite, but not a reserved seat.
If a listing confirms an exact row or barstool seat location, you will have a seat on that row. If the listing does not stipulate an exact location then the suite is considered general admission and the seats are available first-come, first-seated.
What is All-Inclusive Catering?
All-Inclusive catering means that your suite will include food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. In some cases the food and beverage is unlimited, other times it is a set package. Refer to the notes for more details or contact us to clarify exactly what is included with this suite.
Are parking passes included?
Unless the notes explicitly say it is included, parking passes are not included with this suite, but we can help you add parking after your suite reservation is complete.
How do I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are electronic and require a smartphone to enter the venue. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to accept your tickets once they have been transferred to you.
Visit our Help Center for more information about claiming your tickets. Occasionally tickets are not released from the venue until days before the event.
Please, don’t worry, we guarantee you will have the tickets in time for your event. If your event has physical tickets, SuiteHop will ship them to you at no additional cost and provide tracking information.
What is the VIP entrance?
The VIP entrance is reserved for premium ticket holders. VIP entrances allow you to skip the long general admission lines to enter the venue.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 2 and under, generally don’t require a ticket. If you have specific questions about children that will be in attendance, please reach out to one of our suite experts who will verify the policy at this venue.
What happens if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, then your purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What if my plans change, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. We are happy to help you relist your suite on Suitehop to help you resell it.
